The ORANGE CRUSH WRESTLING CLUB is an open enrollment program dedicated to providing supplemental training opportunities to wrestlers of ages all ages and skill levels (1-12 grade).  Every wrestler will have the opportunity to reach his true potential in a unique training environment year-round.  There are many aspects of wrestling including technique, structured drilling, hard wrestling, strength & conditioning, mental development, and nutrition that will be covered throughout the year.

Our goal is to enhance the techniques of each wrestler by teaching the fundamentals that are important to winning at any level.  Each athlete will bring his skill level to ORANGE CRUSH and through hard work and commitment he will venture through the steps needed to accomplish his goals.
