ISRAEL SILVA will compete this weekend in the PAN AM CHAMPIONSHIPS to be held in Colorado Springs, CO – Feb. 25-26, 2012.  Israel will compete at 96kg for Mexico.  It will be a good event for him to see some of the competition he will meet next month in the PAN AM QUALIFIER .  The Pan Am Qualifer will be held in Orlando, FL – March 23-25, 2012.  The top two from each weight catagory will earn a birth to 2012 Olympic Game in London.
